Refund Policy

No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our soaps, we maintain the following policy:

We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used soaps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are accepted if:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Wrong item was received

Requirements:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
